A painting of a beach scene with a white fluffy puppy lying on the rocky shore, looking towards the water. The ocean waves are gently hitting the shore with a distant view of land and a blue sky.

View of Paris skyline through the clock face of the Musée d'Orsay, including the Seine River and a ferris wheel in the distance, with the moon visible in the sky.

In 2021, at an age when most people are settling into routines, I did something wonderfully impractical: I picked up oil paints for the first time.

You’ll find me swooning over Sargent’s brushwork and Monet’s light, but I’m equally inspired by contemporary artists like James Swanson, Todd Bonita, and Todd M. Casey. My heart belongs to two cities: Paris, where every corner looks like a painting, and Boston, my adopted city before I traded New England winters for Florida sunshine.

When I’m not painting, you might find me teeing off on a golf course, writing at a beachside café, or plotting my next trip abroad. But the real masterpiece in my life? That’s my family, my friends, and my faith in Jesus—the ultimate Creator who inspires everything I do.
